Petterson receives brilliant reviews in the UK and U.S.
Per Petterson's latest novel I Curse the River of Time receives rave reviews both in the U.S. and the UK. Major newspapers like The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, The New York Times and The Washington Post all have starred reviews of the novel.
I Curse the River of Time was published in the U.S. five weeks ago, and already the book figures in 14th place on the National Indie Bestseller List.
Per Petterson (b. 1952) has published eight books, and is translated into 47 languages. He has received numerous literary awards both in Norway and abroad. His major international breakthrough was Out Stealing Horses (2003).
For I Curse the River of Time (2008) Petterson has been awarded the Norwegian Critics's Prize, the Brage Prize and the Nordic Council Literature Prize.
