Four Translators Met Their Author in Oslo, March 2010
During the festival Translated Days at the House of Literature in Oslo (March 11 - 13) NORLA arranged a meeting (held in Norwegian) between the author Johan Harstad and four of his translators.
Based on Harstad’s novel Buzz Aldrin. What Happened to You in All the Confusion? and his YA-thriller Darlah, the participants discussed the challenges met by a translator – whether translating into German, Dutch, French or Italian.
The meeting took place at the House of Literature, Oslo - Saturday March 13.
